The website https://hubmeded.com along with all its contents and products (referred to herein as the “Website” or the “Site”) is exclusively owned by HUBMEDED, S.L. (“HME”, “HubMed” or the “Company”) with its contact details available here.
All users must read these T&C before using the Website. By accessing or using the Website, or any of its contents or services, Users affirm their full acceptance of these T&C.
- The T&C
These Terms and Conditions (the “T&C”) aim to define the conditions of access and use by the Users of the Website, including its contents and products (referred to as the “Products”).
Additionally, these T&C outline the terms governing access to certain contents and products specifically reserved for professional users (“Professional Users” or “Pro Users”), as further defined herein.
These T&C shall be interpreted alongside HME’s Privacy policy and Cookies policy.
- Definitions
The capitalized terms and expressions hereunder have the meaning ascribed to them as follows:
- “Cookies Policy” refers to the Company’s policy concerning the use of cookies in the Website.
- “IP” refers to any and all intellectual property associated with the Website, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents, which are either owned by HME or licensed for use by the Company.
- "Live Classrooms Events" represent interactive, real-time educational sessions led by experts in the field.
- “Privacy Policy” refers to the Company's policy concerning the protection of personal data, which is accessible here, and is considered an integral part of these T&C;
- “Product(s)” means the different products offered through the Website.
- “Pro Account” means the account registered by Professional Users;
- “Professional User(s)” refers to any natural person operating a professional activity in the health sector or health profession, and who registers a Pro Account;
- “Pro User(s)” refers to Professional Users;
- “Other User(s)” refers to any user who does not meet the criteria of a Professional User;
- “User(s)” means any natural person (including both Pro Users and Other Users) who is browsing the Website;
- "VOD (Video on Demand)" includes pre-recorded educational videos available to subscribers for streaming at their convenience
- Acceptance of the T&C
Any User accessing the Website, creating a Pro Account or utilizing in any way the Website or its content, accepts, without restriction or reservation, the T&C as well as the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy of the Company.
- The Website
HME has designed a platform that allows professionals of the healthcare sector to share knowledge and learn from each other.
To achieve this goal, HME has developed the Website and the tools that enable the professionals to create, upload and share videos and papers, conduct webinars, and engage in knowledge exchange through general forums and personalized channels.
HME requires to the professionals who want to contribute knowledge through the Website to undergo a validation process where their knowledge, background and professional experience is verified and tested. However, it’s important to note that HME does not own, nor is responsible for, the contents created and updated by these professionals, including their quality or accuracy.
- Products, subscriptions and payment conditions:
- Subscription types and access:
The Website features different types of contents and Products crafted by top leading professionals in the healthcare sector. While some Products are available for all Users, others are reserved exclusively for Pro Users. Access to certain Products may require some type of payment or subscription:
- Free Access Products: available to all Users to view introductory descriptions and previews of course topics without registration.
- Paid Monthly/Yearly Access Products: reserved to Pro-Users, they grant comprehensive access to all educational materials, including recorded sessions and additional resources, depending on the level of subscription.
- Single Live Classrooms Events: Products that are purchasable on a one-time basis and provide access to a live educational event.
- Video on Demand (VOD): Products that are available for Pro-Users who prefer to learn at their own pace, accessible through either paid subscription or per-video purchase.
- Payment conditions:
HME shall provide a designated payment system for the Users to access the Products. Under no circumstances shall payments be requested by HME, the professionals owning the Products, or any third-party outside of this designated payment system. Any payments made outside of HME's payment system will not be accepted by the Company, and access to the Products will not be granted. Attempts to solicit payments outside of HME's payment system shall be considered fraudulent and must be reported to the following email address: email
Pro Users may request a refund of the price paid for accessing any of the reserved Products within five (5) days from the payment, provided that the Products have not been accessed, watched, downloaded or used in any way. Paid monthly/yearly access subscriptions that have already been used can be cancelled at any time but the cancellation will only be effective at the end of the current paid period.
- Registration and use of the Pro Account
- Registration of the Pro Account
Certain contents and Products available on the Website are exclusively reserved for Professional Users. To access such contents and Products, Pro Users may be required to register a Pro Account.
To create a Pro Account, Pro Users shall provide:
- An email account
- Their business or professional ID or license number
- A valid address
- A phone number
Pro Users undertake to provide accurate personal data and to keep it updated at all times.
HME reserves the right to verify the information provided by Pro Users during the registration of the Pro Account and may request any documents deemed necessary to prove the accuracy of such information, at any time. By opening a Pro Account, the Pro User agrees to promptly provide HME with all requested documents and information.
Pro Users acknowledge and agree to be fully responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information shared during the registration of their Pro Account. Under no circumstances shall HME be liable to the Pro User or any third parties for any mistakes, omissions, or inaccuracies in the data provided by the Pro User during the creation or updating of their Pro Account, or for the use of the Pro Account by the Pro User
Only Pro Users are authorized to create and use a Pro Account and to access contents and Products reserved for Pro Users.
Pro Users acknowledge that HME reserves the right to verify their professional activity in the health sector and their personal data. HME may suspend the Pro Account in the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions or provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete information.
- Use of the Pro Account
The Use of a Pro Account shall require a login and a password, created by the Pro User during the registration process. The login and password are strictly personal, and the Pro User undertakes to keep them confidential and not share them with any third person or allow any third person to use them.
Any access and use of the Pro Account is deemed to have been made by the Pro User who registered the Pro Account and is under their sole responsibility.
In the event of loss of the login and/or password, the Pro User must promptly update them through the channels available on the Website. In case of suspected theft or fraudulent access or use of the Pro Account, the Pro User undertakes to immediately inform HME.
If a Pro Account remains totally inactive for a period of three (3) years from the last connection to the Pro Account by the Pro User, HME reserves the right to deactivate the Pro Account and archive its personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- Users’ obligations and warranties
All Users undertake and warrants to:
- Fully comply with these Terms and Conditions without any restrictions or reservations;
- Abide by all local regulations that may apply to the User.
- Respect the intellectual property rights of HME and/or third parties.
- Act in good faith when accessing or using the Website, its content, or Products.
- Register a Pro Account only if they meet the requirements to be considered as a Professional User.
- Provide all necessary documents requested by the Company to verify their status as Pro Users.
- Protect the Pro Account credentials and not share them with any third party.
- Not to disrupt or attempt to disrupt the proper functioning of the Website or alter its content or Products.
- Not to access or use the Website, its content, or Products for unlawful purposes.
- Not to cause any harm to HME’s reputation and/or image.
- Not to directly or indirectly commercialize access to the Website.
- Not to reuse, operate, reproduce, or represent all or part of the Website, its content, or Products without prior written authorization from HME.
In the event of non-compliance with any of these obligations, HME reserves the right to unilaterally refuse or suspend, without prior notification, the User’s access to all or part of the Website, its content, or Products, including access to their Pro Account. In such cases, the User shall not be entitled to any refund for amounts paid to HME.
Users acknowledge and accept that they are solely liable for their use of the Website, its contents, and Products.
The User is solely liable for the use that he/she/their makes of the Website, its contents and Products.
- The Forum
The forum has been designed as a space for professionals to exchange ideas and engage in debates.
When using the forum, the Pro Users undertake to conduct themselves with respect and curtesy towards each other. Aggressive, disrespectful, or offensive behavior or content will not be tolerated and may result in the temporary suspension or a permanent cancellation of the Pro Account. Spam, phishing attempts, or other inappropriate behaviors may also lead to permanent cancellation of the Pro Account.
Pro Users are responsible for the messages and content they post on the forum and acknowledge that the accuracy of content shared by other Pro Users cannot be guaranteed."
- Availability of the Website
The Website is intended to be accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, temporary interruptions or reductions in availability may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, optimization, third-party service interruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances, without prior notice.
HME is committed to restoring Website availability as quickly as possible. Nevertheless, HME shall not be liable for any such interruptions, nor shall they entitle Users to compensation.
- HME responsibility
HME will use reasonable efforts to ensure the continuous availability of the Website and the payment system. Additionally, HME will strive to maintain updated content and monitor the accuracy and quality of the Products.
Notwithstanding the aforementioned, the Users acknowledge and agree that, as a content platform, HME is not responsible for the accuracy or quality of the Products. Should any errors or misrepresentations in the Products occur, Users may report them to HME via email at contact@hubmeded.com .
The Website may contain links and banners directing the Users to third-party websites. While inserting these links, HME makes its best efforts to ensure that the linked websites and resources do not contain any unlawful information. If any User believes that a link or banner leads to a dangerous or unlawful third-party website, they may report it to HME via contact@hubmeded.com .
Users acknowledge and agree that HME assumes no liability for the contents and Products available on the Website, as HME does not claim ownership of these contents or Products. HME's responsibility is limited to verifying that the creators of the contents and Products are experienced professionals in the healthcare sector. HME shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the platform or any Content or Products provided therein.
In the unlikely event that HME could be found liable, regardless of the nature of such liability, HME's total aggregate liability shall be capped at the amount paid by the User within the immediate six (6) months prior to the situation that originated HME’s liability.
- Intellectual property
HME retains all intellectual property and/or license rights, including copyright protection, for all content, brands, database content, and all other constituent parts of the Website.
The Website, along with all software applications, database structures, text, information, analyses, images, photographs, charts, logos, sounds, brands, and all other data comprising the Website, shall remain the exclusive property of HME or, where applicable, their respective owners, with whom HME has entered into a licensing agreement.
Users are expressly prohibited by HME from reproducing and/or representing (except for private use), downloading, selling, distributing, disseminating, translating, adapting, using, publishing, or communicating any or all of the original intellectual works, data, content, or Products available on the Website, for any commercial or non-commercial purpose, in any form, without prior written consent from HME.

- Amendment of the T&C
HME reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time without prior notice, especially to account for legal, jurisprudential, and/or technical developments. Therefore, all amendments will become effective upon publication and will apply to all Users.
In any case, the continued use of the Website by a User after being informed of the modifications to the T&C shall constitute acceptance of such modifications by the User
- General Provisions
- Communication
All communications and exchanges between HME and the Users shall be conducted via email. The User acknowledges and accepts that all communications sent to the email address provided during registration of a Pro Account and/or used to contact HME shall be considered valid.
- Language
Users acknowledge and accept that these T&C, as well as the Website, may be available in different languages to facilitate understanding. In the event of any dispute or need for interpretation regarding the meaning of any terms included in these T&C or the Website, the English version shall prevail.
- Entire agreement & binding force
These T&C, along with the Privacy Policy, the Cookies Policy of the Company shall govern the relationship between HME and the Users. All these legal documents shall be binding between the parties.
Occasionally, some Products may have their own specific terms and conditions in which will be accepted by the Users and complement these T&C.
- Severability
If any term or provision of these T&C is invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall apply to the term or provision only to the extent of that invalidity or unenforceability, and shall not affect any other term or provision of these T&C.
- Law and jurisdiction
These T&C, the Privacy Policy, the Cookies Policy, and any other agreements or policies that may complement them, shall be governed by the laws of Spain.
In the event of any dispute relating to these T&C, the Privacy Policy, the Cookies Policy, and any other agreements or policies that may complement them, the User and HME shall first attempt to reach an amicable solution through negotiation. If no agreement is reached within a period of no less than thirty (30) days, either party may initiate legal proceedings. The courts of Madrid City shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal disputes arising between the parties.
